HOW TO BOOK -

ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING CONTRACT
Once Trail Riding Spain is in receipt of a signed Booking Form, plus 30% deposit, a confirmation and invoice will be issued. It is only at this time the booking will be deemed to be accepted. The place of conclusion of the contract will therefore be the finishing point of your particular tour, and any matters arising from it will be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Trail Riding Spain reserves the right to decline any booking. Your contract is with Trail Riding Spain.

LUGGAGE
For everyone's comfort, luggage is limited to 2 soft bags per person, 1 main bag will be locked away and not accessible during the day; 1 small day bag will be kept with you inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle,. plus camera, sleeping bag. NO SUITCASES PLEASE.

LANGUAGE
All tours are conducted in English.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical, emergency travel and personal accident is compulsory on all tours. Insurance for loss of baggage, money or personal items is recommended.

DEPARTURE POINTS
All tours depart from designated points. Accommodation in hotels / hostels, as well as airport transfers can be arranged by Trail Riding Spain on request. Please make these arrangements at the time of booking with our office.
Clients must follow joining instructions as per booking confirmation. Clients arriving after departure time and / or at the wrong departure point, will have to make their own arrangements to meet the tour.

EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED
Trail Riding Spain provides 2 person dome tents, thin sleeping mat, all cooking equipment & utensils, camping stools.

HEALTH
It is the responsibility of the client to consult a health professional with respect to recommended and compulsory vaccinations and health precautions. The client confirms they are in good health. Any pre-existing medical condition must be declared at the time of booking and the client must make arrangements for the provision of drugs or other treatment that may be required during the tour.

PASSPORTS & VISAS
Obtaining visas and compliance with documentation requirements is the responsibility of the client. Any information given by Trail Riding Spain is done so in good faith but without responsibility on the part of Trail Riding Spain. Trail Riding Spain accepts no reasonability for any loss or damage suffered due to any information provided by Trail Riding Spain.

PRICE GUARANTEE
Before accepting a booking Trail Riding Spain reserves the right to altar the price. Although it would be exceptional to do so, this may be deemed necessary in cases of drastically increased transportation costs, local taxes / levies or exchange rates.

However once a booking has been made and the full tour cost paid, Trail Riding Spain will not increase the price. You can budget for your trip without worrying about supplements being levied later.

FULL PAYMENT OF TOUR COST
Full payment of the tour cost is due 6 weeks prior to departure. If full payment is not received by this time Trail Riding Spain may treat the booking as cancelled. Any bookings made within 6 weeks of departure must be accompanied by full payment of the tour cost.

LOCAL PAYMENT
The local payment is to be paid to the guide on the day of departure in Euro cash only. No travelers cheques or other currencies will be accepted.

ONWARD TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Trail Riding Spain recommends onward travel arrangements be made only for the 2nd day after the tour ends. If arrangements are made for the same day the tour ends, Trail Riding Spain cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting in failure to meet those arrangements.

AGE GROUP
We cater for people aged 18 - 45 on our tours. If you are outside this age group you will need to complete a form stating you understand the nature of the tour and will be accepted on the tour at the discretion of the management.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Cancellation of any booking must be received in writing and acknowledged by Trail Riding Spain. The following fees shall apply:

Changes made by you: If you need to change your reservation for whatever reason, Trail Riding Spain will make every effort to assist you. You may move your reservation to another date, subject to availability and agreement with our reservations office. Any changes will incur a fee of GBP 50 and any subsequent cancellation fee will be based on date of original travelling date. Should we not be able to help you with alternative dates, the normal cancellation fees will apply.

Changes or cancellation made by Trail Riding Spain: Every effort will be made to operate itineraries as advertised. However, we do plan the arrangements well in advance and occasionally we may have to make changes for whatever reason. Trail Riding Spain reserves the right to do so at any time.

Due to local conditions and unforeseen circumstances, Trail Riding Spain or its employees may altar the itinerary of the tour in any way with no refund to the client. In the event of a major disruption as a result of, including but not limited to, weather conditions, mechanical breakdown, sickness, political instability or acts of terrorism (perceived or actual), or other factors after the time of departure, every effort will be made to utilise alternative arrangements. If additional expenses are incurred through delay, accident or disruption beyond the control of the company, such expenses must be borne solely by the client.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to the above, the client agrees to strictly abide by the laws and regulations of each country we visit, and to abide by the instruction of the guide with regards to safety and the running of the tour.

The client agrees to indemnify Trail Riding Spain for any accident, damage to property or personal injury caused by the client during the tour.

Clients are responsible for the safe keeping of their personal belongings.

Clients are responsible for checking in on time and are responsible for reconfirming flight times. Trail Riding Spain cannot be responsible for delays caused by airline flight alterations, cancellations or delays.

If rescue or medical assistance is required, for any reason, the client shall be liable for the entire cost.

You acknowledge that the nature of the holiday is adventurous, and that such tours involve an element of personal risk, and that Trail Riding Spain or its agents cannot be held responsible for injury, accident, damage to property, or loss of life, delay or inconvenience, howsoever caused. The client accepts responsibility for the risks involved.

Client accepts that by filling in the Booking Form, and sending it to Trail Riding Spain electronically; and/or by making the initial payment of 30% deposit they accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein.

OTHER CONDITIONS
When you book excursions not operated by Trail Riding Spain (whether recommended by the company or not), Trail Riding Spain will have no legal liability for anything that may go wrong with the excursion and any claim will be against the relevant local operator (e.g. white water rafting, bungy jumping, etc)

If Trail Riding Spain considers the client to be unsuitable for a tour it may in its absolute discretion cancel the clients booking or decline to carry the client further if that client causes inconvenience, annoyance or danger to other passengers.

If the client has a complaint whilst on tour they must bring it to the guides attention so it can be dealt with. If the matter isn't resolved whilst on tour, the client must write to Trail Riding Spain within 30 days of completion of the tour. Trail Riding Spain will not entertain complaints of Loss of Enjoyment where full land arrangements have been provided.
